Audio/Visual Equipment Capabilities

16 channel mixer desk in portable trolley (includes CD and Blue-ray players) with full connectivity front and rear of hall.
Active speakers throughout. Primary: 2x500w, Secondary 230w, monitors back stage and in the meeting room.
Speakers are dismountable and equipped with stands and cables for external use.  Hirers must demonstrate competence-to-use and provide satisfactory weatherproof shelter.

All bookings must include preparation and clear up time in addition to the core event time.  Unless agreed otherwise beforehand, for routine events such as meetings this will be taken to be 1 hour; for larger events 2 hours will be charged. Charges shown include the use of tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and all other kitchen equipment.  Heating and lighting is also included.

The Management Committee reserve the right to charge a deposit of £100, entirely at its discretion, returnable after the hire period subject to the hall be left in a satisfactory condition.

Tintinhull Village Hall has a premise license authorising the following regulated entertainment and licensable activities at the time indicated


Maximum Number permitted in the Village Hall:

A Closely Packed Audience: 200 Persons
Dancing: 180 persons
Dancing with some Seating: 140 Persons
Seating Provided with Tables 115 Persons
