September 2014:

Tintinhull Drama Group are proud to present a drama supper evening on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th September 2014 at the Village Hall , commencing at 19.30.
We will be presenting two One Act Comedies , with a supper served between them.

Easy Stages , a comedy by Nick Warburton , is an amusing , subtle parody of the backstage goings on of an amateur dramatic society , in which we see the stage crew struggling to play their part against all the odds.

Last Tango in Little Grimley , by David Tristram , refers to Little Grimley Amateur Dramatic Society , which is in trouble. The membership has dwindled to four , with audience numbers only slightly larger. If they cannot produce a show to generate some rent money , then they will be thrown out of their theatre.’There’s only one thing that sells tickets these days’ argues  Gordon the Chairman ‘Sex!’
Thus begins the chaotic and hilarious build up to an evening of extraordinary home grown drama - an evening the locals would never forget!

So do please come along and see an introspective look at the pains suffered by amateur dramatic groups!

Tickets are £10 per person , which includes a two course supper. These are available from Della Hayne on 01935 823877 or Toby Banks on 01935 822451
